7/3/04 - Updates for today:
Checkpointing has been implemented in the Windows version of mfold 3.07. This release also includes some other minor bugfixes that hopefully will prevent some of the computation errors we have seen in the last weeks. Checkpointing and progress reporting for the Linux version has been implemented as well, but it seems that the boinc client for linux doesn't handle this somehow. We are working with the boinc dev team to resolve this issue. The linux client 3.06 does also include the previously mentioned minor bugfixes. Please help us find any problems with these releases by reporting any problems and bugs in the forums. Thanks!
Fixed a problem with lowercase email addresses in the PHP code. Email addresses are now always stored lowercase, no matter how you enter them.
Work on the charmm application is ongoing. We will notify you when charmm will be released on the grid as well.
