It was changed on Oct. 27, 2003 with a critical change. It will no longer function properly if you have an older version. This is due to some changes in network routing that occurred here around that time. I believe a message was posted to this effect at that time, but I'll mention it again. Please grab the latest daemon if this applies to you.
