hello,
have ydl6.1 on ps3 and trying to figure out which boinc. per boinc, I should download x86. what the heck. that can't be right, right? I tried 64b linux, nothing. it is getting late, for me, so hoping for some help.
I am, obviously, new to this project, and boinc on ps3, and not having much fortune finding answers.
please provide guidance or a link as I am sure my questions answered around here somewhere.
thanks and looking forward to seeing what this project has to offer.
which boinc??

Re: which boinc??
thanks. I am now setup and slowly dropping the questions.
however, another one, I hate to open another thread for such a stupid question. this is my 2nd project within boinc. I am using the same email address but not seeing the credit reflected in boinc stats.
what must I do to mesh this project with my other, within boinc?
thanks.

Re: which boinc??
Most projects export the stats once the day. Zero credits accounts are not contained in those stats.
So you will appear in the project stats on the first export after you received your 1st credits.
The next BOINCstats update after this project export has been imported will make you visible there.
In order to adjust the CPID (Cross Project ID) of your accounts on two different projects, there needs to be a "path" between those projects, i.e. at least one computer needs to be connected to both projects.
It might require a few contacts between that host and the projects, until the CPIDs are synchronized. You can check this CPID on your account pages.

Re: which boinc??
I investigated an account manager, but still a bit confused how this works. I will experiment with your suggestion.
