Estimated tasksize too low for Harmonious Trees

This task ended into error, because the estimated tasksize is too low for Harmonious Trees.,
but possibly there is a real problem with this task.
I noticed strange characters in the ckpt.txt-file:

I saw it and enlarged the maximal runtime.

OK.

By changing the fpops bound manually, I could let finish my part of the quorum.
The mentioned result was of my wingman.

Here the Workunit details. The pending one is mine.

Do get only new Workunits this bound extention or also the new sent because of this error?
If not the latter, I can wait for ever until my part is granted.

All new sent should get the new flop_bounds. I changed it direct in the database.
