Weren't the cmsearch-S-WUs supposed to be small, short and with quite regular checkpointing? Well, this one (#4998209) is already running almost 13h on a C2D, at about 30% and according to the WU-Properties hasn't had any checkpoints since processor-time 00:00:02. Memory consumption is, I would say, perfectly within the limits with around 100MB.

Currently everything is send as cmsearch S. I have to wait until all cmsearch XXL are finished. Then I can change cmsearch XXL and send the big ones (more than 20h) as XXL.
