why i cant get job?

I have two computers,they use the same config.
On my notebook it works,but in my desktop it still can not get job.
My notebook Cpu is T7200 and 2GB memory with vista x64.
My desktop Cpu is i7 920 and 6GB memory with win7 x64.
Anybody knows why and how to solve it?

You are using Boinc version 6.2.28. Can you update to the latest version?

I assume, that you have some more projects active in Boinc. Therefore your Boinc requests 0 seconds of work for the CPU and gets nothing.

For some reasons i went down with boincmanager 06.11.9 to 06.10.58.
All my computers get the same message, including the one what is still using BM 06.11.9

available WU needs more RAM to run as you have free/installed.
so you have to wait for smaller WU or free RAM.

I think this answer is not correct. Windows XP (32) cannot see/use more than 4GB RAM, and all my computers have that.
Perhaps somethings are changed on server side?
