cmsearch few checkpoints

i am running cmsearch 0.13 on BOINC and it only checkpoints at the start of the computation,so when i restart BOINC or restart the computer, the progress lost,that's awesome bad.can rnaworld make checkpoints more frequently like other projects?

Unfortunately, cmsearch (and cmcalibrate) do not support checkpointing at all. We are busy finding a solution for this problem. Please have a look at the RNA World FAQ for some more information.
