is it posible to make for each subproject estimates of how many wu's are neaded and how many have been done ?

Could you explain what the workflow is for this project? (i did not find any info in faq or elsware) I undestand that based on cmc, cms are generated. Is that correct ? How many cmc are neded for a subproject ? Or is it a continually ajustmend of parameters ... ? Can somebody enlinghten me ?

That is correct.

Currently we have 2x 1372 CMC to process for each CMS if we do an exhaustive genome analysis. Parameter settings may also be adjusted additionally such that there can be more WUs to process.

in RNA preferences i have selected CMS and CMC, and have checked ON "work from other apps"
