I do not get any wu's at all!! Host-id 4208.

This machine runs under windows-xp with nvidia-card (gtx480) running gpugrid. Machine has 4 GB ram of which 98% is availabel to boinc (RNA).

I cannot follow it anymore!

PS At 11.15 i downloaded on this host about 35 WU's of which a pair of very long WU's (more then 200 hrs).

The problem is, that windows xp is 32 bit and cannot allocate the full 4 GB of ram. It can only allocate 3,5 GB from which 98 per cent are allowed for BOINC. Therefore not enough to get the WU in the server queue.

Well, I suspect that the problem rather is caused by the parallel running of GPUGrid. I experience problems with WU supply on x32 machines when another project runs in parallel to RNA World. I currently do not know the reason for why this should be a problem. It is just my experience on my machines...

To my analysis, another problem is that, clearly, we have way too many of the large WUs in the server's wainting queue as can be seen from the tasks listed on the server page (currently about 50% of the WUs sitting there will request 4 GB such that on statistical average the server will reject delivery of a WU every second time the client asks for work; we will need to feed in excess of smaller WUs - we have enough on hold but WU production is currently set to 50% of maximum throughpput, i.e. two of four CPU cores work on WU archive processing - reason still is our HD space limitation of currently 2x 1.5 TB which is way too little).
