process exited with code 193 (0xc1, -63)

I noticed that all my HAT WUs crash with code 193.

My system :

I checked the workunit and there are two machines failing the workunit. They are both on 64bit Linux. Is it possible that the failure of these results are due to the application for 64bit Linux?

well, I forgot to install 32 bits versions of compat-libstdc++, acording to the 64 bits Considerations of the Boinc wiki.

su -c 'yum install compat-libstdc++-296.i686 compat-libstdc++-33.i386 compat-libstdc++-33.x86_64'

compat-libstdc++-33.i386 isn't available, and compat-libstdc++-33.x86_64 was already installed on my machine.

So, now I installed compat-libstdc++-296.i686 0:2.96-144.1.

A quick search shows that it may be a problem of BOINC client, due to complicated library issues (read: I don't know what happened).

I also have a linux x86_64 machine and it crunches all harmonious tree workunits just well. Maybe trying an older version would help.

which Linux distro are you running ? is it a Debian Based, or a Red Hat based ?

Yoyo : can you give me the sources of the Harmonious Trees and exlpain me how to compile the aaplication ? I'd like to try to compile it on my machine...

You got a PM.
It doesn't make much sense to invest more effort in it. The Harmonious project is more or less finished. We will not continue with the next number of nodes. First we want to publish the results and wait for the answers of the scientific community. And additional the next number of nodes will need a new application.

With the help of one of my teammates, I managed to compile and run the application for Harmonious Trees.

Here is the application, compiled on Fedora 18, with its app_info.xml, for those who want to try :

Don't forget that, using an app_info, if you run other applications, you have to add them in the app_info file.
