WU Passed Deadline

Hi, I have been computing WU 4495933 cmsearch 0.20.

Have got to 168 Hours running and have passed the deadline. The WU appears to be still running (I was at over 200 hrs but did not realise that checkpoints did not work when I rebooted the system)
It does not look as if any results have been returned for this WU yet.

Should I let it finish??

Will the server still accept the result or do I need to do a manual abort?

Please do not abort the WU. Yoyo will extend the deadline so the server will accept your result.

@yoyo: How do you adjust the deadline? Just increase result.report_deadline directly on the database, right? Perhaps I can help you with that when I've got some spare time.

Yes, I just increase the result.report_deadline in the DB. Usually by 20*24*3600 seconds.
