Download speed?

On one of my computers the netwerkcard (50 MBps) on the motherboard is broken.
Now i use the USB 2.0 gate (sitecom LN-039). All projects download with a normal speed of > 50 KBps except RNA, which started to download at normal/acceptabel speed (> 20 KBps) and after a few seconds < 9 KBps or nothing. A WU of 13 MB takes 40 minutes or more.
Is there any reason from the site of RNA or is it something else?
