Vanished from tasks list

Dear RNA World team,

I recently crunched a 130h work unit with the name cms_GA-p[AZ-Lin64s]_Actinobacillus-succinogenes-130Z..... (sorry, this is all I can remember, I do not remember the exact work unit ID). It was crunched by my computer with the ID 4714.
I got the task at around June 28 and managed to finish it after a bit more than 5 days of continuous calculations. My wingman from France needed a bit longer, in fact I do not know whether he finished it or not.
Now my problem is that when I checked my list of tasks in my account here at RNA World two days ago, the credits for this task were still pending, it said "claimed credit 2000", but no "granted credit" yet. When I checked again today, the task was gone from the task list altogether.
So since I did not get anywhere near 2000 credits at once recently, I must assume that the work unit could not get validated? Or is it still pending validation somewhere where I cannot see it?
I just hope that my effort will be useful to you, since this now one of my favorite projects. Not only this project but all of the ceaseless effort of Rechenkraft to promote volunteer computing deserves our praise and admiration. Please keep up your good work!

Could you please provide a bit more of information (your user name, a link to the pending tasks, etc.) such that we can look into it?

A link to the pending task might be difficult if it's vanished from the user's task list ;)

Thank you for your answer. This is all the information I can give you:

My user name: One World, One Dream
Work unit name: cms_GA-p[AZ-Lin64s]_Actinobacillus-succinogenes-130Z.....
The work unit ID started with 16xxxxx.
Application version was cmsearch v0.10
I think I got the task at June 28, and the deadline was July 8.

My computer has the ID 4714. Here is the link to the task list of this computer:

As you can see, Actinobacillus-succinogenes-130Z is not on the list anymore.
I was the first one to finish the work unit, my wingman from France still showed "in progress" when I checked three or four days ago.
Unfortunately I cannot give you a link to the task, because it is no longer listed in my tasks list.

Could it be that my task list only shows the most recent 100 results and that older tasks are simply pushed out of the list, even if their credit is still pending?

Hello,

I didn't check your special case. I even do not yet know if I can check it, because the wu seems to be no more in the data base.

But workunits are only deleted
- if they are validated, credit granted and assimilated.
- if they reached the maximum amount of errors (means they are computed very very often and no valid result was created). I assume this wasn't the case.

IIRK deletion will take place one or two days after assimilation.

So it is probably the case, that your wingman finished the work unit, both are validated, assimilated and 1 day later deleted.

Hello yoyo, thank you for your reply. It is indeed possible that the work unit got validated correctly. Maybe I was just granted significantly lower credit than the 2000 it showed as "claimed credit" for that work unit. I noticed that the "granted credit" is often double as much as the "claimed credit", that is why I expected to get around 4000 credits for that 130 hour unit. But from my Boincstats page I see that on my best day I only got a number of 1370 credits:
