Hello yoyo,
have the problem with the unfinished dnetc.exe while the program is paused and boinc is stopped without shutting down the computer.
Is it possible to change the wrapper that first the pause file is deleted and then the exit file is created when shutting down boinc?
This can resolve the problem and help to reduce crashes and helps to shut down windows without the messagebox dnetc.exe does not finish.

the slot dir tells dnetc.exe to pause and exit (both file are in the dir after shutting down boinc).

Is my understanding correct:
- boinc is paused and with it dnetc
- afterwards you exit boinc and dnetc keeps in memory?

- boinc is running two projects and has suspended dnetc
- then i stop boinc without shutting down my PC and dnetc keeps in memory

I released version 2.03 of the windows cruncher with this change. Now pause file is deleted before exit file is created.

yes the file is deleted before the exit file is created,
but the dnetc process doesn't quit within 20 mins after shutting down the boinc client

How does the wrapper trigger the dnetc process for suspend and activate for the normal boinc status changes?
