The deadline is far away at 25.9., therefore I didn't extend it yet.

And does BOINC update the deadline?

So will BOINC stop WU in the old deadline?

No the client won't stop the WU.
Normally the RNA-Server stops it. yoyo extended the WU and so the server will not stop this
