Is RNA World server open source? I would like to maybe run the server. Or see what I can do. I have the Infernal binaries and would like to run a couple things, like run cmsearch on some data. What can I do?

You may use our existing RNA World project to run your own INFERNAL jobs in your private queue.
This is possible, because - unlike other distributed computing projects - we implemented a job submission interface to allow our contributers to perform their own RNA-related research.

What is not going to happen, however, is that you will get access to our technical backend infrastructure - for security reasons.
