Problems loading page - Outage?

These pages are not currently working for me:
https://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/index.php
https://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/server_status.php
They result in a "Problem loading page" error, in Firefox.
Edge says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
Is there an outage?

Apparently, Custer shot our Apache.
But we (i.e. Christian) managed to revive him.

Unfortunately, yes - the latter is the case.
At least, Christian spotted the cause - it is an external function running on that server besides the actual RNA World project.
It can't be fixed today anymore, but we are on it.
