How do I check if virtualization is enabled?

I may have finally found the way to enable virtualization on my desktop. How do I check if it worked?

Unlike some HP computers, the process starts with pressing the F10 key early in the boot process. My previous HP computers started it with booting the D: partition instead of the usual C: partition.
