From yesterday, I saw this in BOINC log, and RNA World's WU paused calculating,
I tried to pause other project, to restart my computer, it still show this.
What is it?

Hmm, I have never seen this before. Maybe Christian knows more?

There is no clear explanation why this happens. Somehow the VirtualBox process ends and leaves a lockfile behind. This should be named "lock" (or similar) in the BOINC slot directory. You can try to shutdown the Client (wait a little for the VBox processes to stop) and delete the file in each slot directory. Then restart the client and the message should be gone and the RNA World tasks should progress again.
