the w/u number is 6329986; Unfortunately, I didn't see your response until today. The w/u according to your website has timed out. Should I abort it? It is still running on my computer showing 79 hours to completion!

Just let it run. Yoyo will be able to 'revive' it - though it won't show in your BOINC-MGR. Just check this thread - as soon as he had the time he'll provide you with a confirmation of the successful 'reviving' and prolonging the deadline for your task. You can check that in your RNA-World profile.

I was checking this Wu http://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/workuni ... id=6181971. because i was to ask for time extension on this wu..

But as checking, i got aware of this computer http://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/results ... stid=24384

How is it possible for this computer to make so fast calculation on cmsearch XXL (long) 1.0.2 v0.32 ?????
and make the Score for CentreITS (http://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/results ... stid=18599) who finish the wu in 720k/sec ,, so senseless !!!!

I´m running this wu now, it has run for almost 300hour, gaining 43% complete soon! deadline 12 July
but if it pays 2.19 point, extension is
