This WU cmc_aWin64[Rfam-9.1-full]_RF00028_Intron_gpI_Rfam-9.1_1267959122_1344 on win2003 server x64 (xeon 5160) seems to show a non-linear progress:
33% after 2 days of CPU time, 40% after 4 days
is it an expected behavior ?

Yes this should be normal, afaik the progress bar is calculated from the interim results written to the out file - some may take longer then others. Ananas or Yoyo can you clarify this?

It works somehow like this (blue=time or real progress, black=progress display) :
depending on the workunit those black curves can be much steeper.
