Originally we wanted to announce further information on the RNA World website and also in your BOINC clients, but had to cancel this due to acute need for action on the occasion of current IT security aspects in the current infrastructure, all at short notice and unexpectedly. So now here is this information in the forum - which once again shows that it makes much sense to operate the information platform independently from or redundantly to the DC project.
It is also planned that we do the long pending validations of the "monster WUs".
The bottom line is that, by 12/31st, we should then have a very solid foundation for the new projects we have been thinking about for a long time and also for the implementation of further apps. The latter will include protein structure modeling, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations - also on GPUs.
