Hi I have a WU that is running high priority and still has 10 hours to go, the deadline was 6 hours ago. Should I let it complete? or should I abort it? Will it still be accepted 16 hours beyond the deadline?

Last week, your computer crunching a couple of Euler. Do you mean thes WUs? They have a deadline of a few hours, but need only about 30 minutes.

It was a Muon WU but boinc manager has told me to abort it , so not a problem anymore.
