You see in the result
Process creation (../../projects/www.rechenkraft.net_yoyo/ecmwrapper_705.02_x86_64-apple-darwin) failed: Bad CPU type in executable (errno = -1)

This happens with Intel x64 machines too. gemini8_[RKN] brought it to my attention with is x64 Mac machines. He suspected that the issue is that while the apps page says it is for x64 intel machines, it was actually for apple silicon machines (since the app date was new). So I tried it on my apple silicon machine to see if it worked. It should work regardless with Rosetta2, but no. The same error as his intel x64 machines.
Hi zombie.
Thanks for posting.
With this we have results for Intel Xeon E5602 (pre-AVX), Intel Core i7-3615QM (AVX), Intel Core i5-5250U (AVX2), and M4.
Gruß, Jens

However, as I mentioned, you cannot enable swap on these devices because it will negatively impact the lifetime of microSD cards. I have only a few with SSDs like that one with 16GB swap, but it failed here anyway.
...ever heard of high endurance µSD cards - originally designed for surveillance cams? Use these for SBCs which use SD cards as system storage (preferentialy Samsung as they appear to guarantee longest life time).

Michael.
Hi, let me clarify something. I started using computers in the 90s when computers had 1MB of RAM. I know the use of swap, and I know what the best microSD card is for my devices because I run more than 50 of them in 24/7 mode for many years.
Also, the creators of the armbian system had very good reasons why there is no swap on their systems, and I agree with them because I don't want to spend £250 per year on microSD cards due to faulty RAM management.

Moreover, one of my SBCs has 16GB of swap, and it failed on ecm_nr anyway, so what is this discussion about?

OK, I will stop calculating ecm for a while. Perhaps one day there will be an option there for already requested feature on your forum, and it his RAM size or difficulty selector like for example nfs@home has.
This subproject has simply wasted too much processing time already, which could be used for other projects which run without issues.

I cannot switch to Siever subproject because the wrapper error on Arm devices, which I reported last time (Siever works only as a standalone app ), has not been fixed yet.
