Regarding the runtimes, I guess you'll be in the 200 hours range.
If you're running 24/7 you should barely make the deadline.
As you do about ten percent in twenty hours, it is probable you won't make the deadline if you shut down your machine for some time.
The fourty-one days that the BOINC scheduler is guessing aren't a sensible estimate.

So, yes, there are strange BOINC things to be seen, but it is also true that the deadline is tight for your machine.

The runtime estimation and progress is a BOINC calculation. I assume that this is wrong. No workunit should run more than 48 hours.
