The wrapper seems to be just a symlink into the project directory. So copy the wrapper into the slot directory and start the wrapper without any parameter. This is what boinc would do. You can run the boinc client with --exit_before_start. Than boinc exits before the wu starts. In this case boinc copied everything into the slot directory. There should be the wrapper, the dnet binary, the job.xml and the input file in.og2. In the slot directory you should be able to start the wrap...

Any firewall, antivirus which blocks the download of the wrapper? No, but I'm intrigued by this error message about sched_setscheduler()..
