Can't get work

I see the project is back up. The server status page shows 11k tasks ready to send, but I cannot get any work. The appropriate servers are green, so I am not sure what the problem is.

Edit: FYI, this is with both OSX and win 64 machines.

Once again: we have two types of CMSEARCH applications, XXL and S. If there are no jobs for one of them and if you have selected that you want to receive taks only for that type of application then you naturally won't get tasks. We cannot guarantee to have tasks available at all times for all applications but just those that need to be computed.

Actually, Michael, what I gather from what ftpd posted before is the following: All remaining workunits are a little too big, so that they're categorized to (propably) consume more than the available memory...
And since he chose both apps, he can't even get himself work with changing some options in his profile...

Yes, but at present it appears that only WUs are left to process that demand more than the memory available on his machines, so the server does not send out anything to him. And indeed, I can see on my machines that these are overloaded with really big tasks - in fact, some of them are scary.

Background information: we do have many more WU archives queuing on the server but due to a limit in hard drive space (we only have 2x 1.5 TB) new WUs are only processed when the ones in handed out have been completed since the results that accumulate on the server are taking an enourmous space. It is not unusual for us to receive 50 GB per day and I am moving these data as quickly as possible from the server to our storage drives. But even I have traffic limitations in the sense that it is not always possible for me to retrieve 50 GB per day by FTP...

It is no problem that there are only wu's available that uses more then 3,800 MB memory so that all xp (32bits) are useless
for the moment (weeks), but please tell us - communicate!

That is the main problem. All my computers accept BOTH kind of wu's.

Again the same problem. No download of small wu's for computers with less then 3815MB memory!!!!

Also no reply on privat mail about the same problem.
