Still looks like end of September / begin of Oktober for the end of OGR-25.

Based on the past percentages returned per month (thank you Mori!) that the estimate of completion time just might be a bit hopeful.

Say .20 percent (per month) is optimistic(without considering the OGRE Race from yoyo@home) over time, just as a theory, and as of this moment there are 2.61 percent left to process. This would be another 13 months or so.

The yoyo race has really pushed the completion of the project forward more than anyone could have expected. (Thanks Yoyo!) Even so, the end of the month might be a bit too much to hope for.

All this being as it is, I still think it would be nice to extend the race to the end of the month, if such a thing is possible.

Extended, or not, I would like to thank everyone else who participated in this event for making it fun, and for doing more to complete this project in 15 days than would otherwise have been done in months.

Well actually 0,10% is done every day (if we look at the mean of 91 days)
This will give an end date of 8-10-2008

If we look at the last 30 days, we do 0,17% a day (end date: 28-9-2008)

and the last 5 days is 0,15% a day (end date: 2-10-2008)

So if we are abele to maintain the 0,10% a day, which is in my opinion very likely, we are certainly able to wrap this up before end of October
