I suppose, I can run it simultaneously from 2 separated directories with about 1 hours different starttime on my AMD Phenom I 9350e with 4GB mem and Vista64 OS. The same machine as my standalone last night.

Without -maxmem it will require ~3.8 GB ram.

OK, 4GB is too less for this test. Fortunately I've an Intel Q8300 Vista64 here with 8GB, but on Intel it will run much slower.
